"Arny" Arnette Date: February 15th, 1956 - July 17th, 2010 Obituary: David M "Arny" Arnette, age 54, of Wooster, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday morning, July 17th, 2010 at his residence following a sudden illness. Services will be Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden dr., Wooster with Rev. Bernard Hosfeld officiating followed by interment at Wooster Cemetery. He was born on February 15, 1956 in Wooster to Pearly Denton and Betty Jo (Blankenship) Arnette and has been a Wooster resident for all of his life. He had been working as a Crane Operator for PSC Metals Co. in Wooster for the last 12 years; he enjoyed following the Cleveland sports teams and especially the Cleveland Browns; he was an all-around athlete and was an avid softball player and especially enjoyed teaching his children how to play sports throughout the years. He is survived by his sons, Bradly (Erica) Arnette of Wooster, Brett D. (Becky) Arnette of Apple Creek and Brodie M.R. Arnette of Wooster; 2 step-sons, Heath E. Rock and Terron M. Goad both of Wooster; 7 grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Marcia) Schlegel of Shreve and 2 sisters, Joleen Green of Wooster and Carol Lee Hummel of Apple Creek; a special best friend, Denise Reser of Wooster and his faithful pet canine companion, "Cocoa"; former wive's, Cynthia L. Hosfeld of Millersburg and Desiree S. Rock of Wooster. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Brandi Jo Arnette; a brother, Denver Dean Arnette; sisters, Delana Jo Arnette-Miller and Sandra Arnette; step-father, Henry Wrather.
