Bellamy, age 63, of Wooster, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday morning, January 27th, 2010 at Wayne County Care Center in Wooster where she was surrounded by her loving family. Services will be Tuesday, 12:30 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., Wooster with Pastor Dan Wingate officiating followed by interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman. She was born in Lodi, Ohio on April 6, 1946 to Dale Irwin and Caroline P.(Garver) Carnahan and has been a Wooster resident for most of her life. She married John O. Bellamy, Jr. on January 18, 1969 in Georgia. He survives. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed all of her family and especially her grandchildren; was an avid bingo player and a member of West Hill Baptist Church where she also served as a Sunday School Teacher. In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by 2 sons, David (Michele) Brooks and John O. (Denise) Bellamy, III all of Wooster; 3 daughters, Jada Bellamy and her fiance Doug Hersh of Orrville, Martha (David) Cottrell and Amanda (Steven) Hofstetter all of Wooster; 6 grandchildren, Ryan, Stephanie, Justin, Mason, Kaylee and Oscar and a great-grandaughter; a brother, Pat Carnahan of Sparta, Georgia and her best friend, Deb (Chuck) Grgory of Wooster.
