Obituary for Kevin Jay Browning
Kevin Jay Browning, age 46 of Wooster, went home to be with the Lord, on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Wooster Community Hospital following a period of declining health. His family was by his side.
He was born on July 20, 1975 in Wadsworth to Marshall Robert and Gwendolyn (VanArsdale) Browning and has been a Wayne County resident for all of his life.
He married Heather M. Sigler on May 17, 1997 in Smithville, She survives.
Kevin was currently working for Artiflex Manufacturing in Wooster for the last 26 years and was a member of NewPointe Community Church in Wooster.
He previously was a long-time member of Grace Church in Wooster. He was an avid sports fan who especially enjoyed following the Cleveland Browns and a Michigan State football teams. He mostly loved being with his family and friends.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is also survived by his father of Cleveland; his children Joshua Robert Browning, Jarred Matthew Browning, Trenton Jay Browning and Isabelle Marie Browning all of the home in Wooster; brother, Keith Allen (Julie) Browning of Smithville; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
His mother precedes him in death.
Memorial services will take place on Sunday, 3:00 p.m. at NewPointe Community Church in Wooster with Pastor Jonathan Wood officiating.
A private inurnment will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
