Obituary for Linda Snoddy (Roberts)
Linda Snoddy, age 72, of Wooster, went home to be with the Lord, her mother and other loved one's on Monday, October 7, 2019 at Life Care Hospice in Wooster following a lengthy illness. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on September 2, 1947 in Rittman, Ohio and raised by her dear mother, Maggie (Flanery) Roberts.
Linda has been a Wayne County resident for all of her life.
She married Harold Snoddy in Wooster and he survives.
She enjoyed crocheting and spending her time in the pool. She was an excellent cook and mostly loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her beloved husband of 28 years, she is survived by her children, Jackie Adams, Judy Miller, Criss Nicely and a granddaughter whom she raised, Samantha Noble all of Wooster; Grandchildren, Amber, Laura, Tyler and Theresa Adams, Jerry, Cory, Megan, Samantha, Alyee and Harley; Two very special Great-grandchildren: Gaige and Conner and a host of other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Her brother Bud. Sisters Willie ,Kitty and Dorothy. Nephews, Ron (Annette) Perez of Buffalo, NY and Paul Poole of Atlanta, GA.; a niece, Robin Young of Buffalo, NY; a host of other nieces and nephews and all of the Buffalo, NY extended family.
In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her great-grandsons, Rylan and Christian and 2 sisters, Loretta and Frankie.
It was her previous wishes that there be no public services or calling hours.
A private interment and a celebration of her life will take place at the convenience of family at a later date.
