Obituary for Mary Ann Haven (Keim)

Mary Ann Haven, age 87, of Wooster, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, May 2, 2019 in Wooster. She was surrounded by her family.

She was born on January 22, 1932 in Winesburg (Holmes County), Ohio to Jonas and Malinda (Yoder) Keim and has been a Wooster resident for most of her life.

She married Robert "Bob" Haven on October 30, 1953. He preceded her in death on September 23, 2016.

She is survived by her sisters, Betty Fishburn of Wooster, Ella Weimer of Mount Vernon, Ada Garber of Sugar Creek, Linda Wallace of Wooster and Sue Linder of Orrville; brothers, Jacob "Jake" Keim of Fredericksburg and Jonas "Junior" Keim of Atlanta, Ga.; her special nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews: Richard & Alicia Wallace and their children, Zachary and Morgan Wallace, Spenser and Courtney Wallace and Charlsey & Ben Callender; Tammy & Bill Pumphrey and their children, Celia & Cory O'Hearn and Seth Pumphrey; Amy Wallace and her children, Alex, Anthony and Andrew Silvis. Mary also enjoyed getting to know her great-great niece, Rosalie Callender and a great-great nephew, Charles Wallace.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Aden Keim, Esta Keim, Edna Haun, Mattie Hershberger, Clara Raber, Wes Keim and Roy Keim.

Services will be Saturday, 1:00 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, 2284 Benden Dr., in Wooster with Pastor Paul Thoms officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Wooster.

Visitation will be 1 hour (12:00 - 1:00 p.m.) at the funeral home.
