Obituary for Nancy I. Roth
Nancy I. Roth, age 73, of Holmesville, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg following a period of declining health.
She was born the daughter of Roy Stacy and Frank & Eleanor (Cline) Leaman, on December 28, 1945 in Ravenna, Ohio.
Nancy has been a Wayne and Holmes County resident for most of her life and married Keith L. Roth on September 18, 1965 in Rittman. He survives.
She was a member of the Millersburg Church Of Christ where she also taught sunday school; was a self employed florist who enjoyed creating floral arrangements; was an avid reader, enjoyed crafts and sewing; was a member of the former Wayne County Doll Club; loved raising her feline companions, but mostly loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her children, Cheryl (Mark) Klett of Wooster, Jenny (Matt) Walter of West Salem, Ohio, Kyle J. E. Roth of Holmesville, Ohio and Terry (Paul) Hawk of Smithville, Ohio; grandchildren, Ryan, Paige and Haileigh; siblings, Lonnie (Phylis) Stacy of Ravenna, Ohio, Greg (Missy) Stacy of Durango, CO., Keith Stacy of Troy, Ohio, Charlotte (Charlie) Stacy-Leaman-Slayton of Killbuck, Ohio, Becky (John) Moore of Ravenna, Ohio, Pam (Tony) Teel of Bentleyville, Ohio and Vicki (Bob) Lee of Greenville, TN.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Frank Leaman, Jr.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 - 8 p.m. at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster.
Services will be Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Minister Matt Lowe officiating.
A private entombment will then take place at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Wooster at the convenience of the family following services.
