Obituary for Pamela S. Barker
Pamela S. Barker, age 60, of Wooster, passed away, Sunday, December 9, 2018 at her residence following a prolonged illness.
She was born on December 12, 1957 in Wadsworth to Henry Earl and Goldie Irene (Moser) Long and has been an area resident for most of her life.
She married Raymond L. Barker, Sr. on February 16, 1974 in Wooster. He survives.
Pamela was a devoted homemaker who previously worked at the Lincoln Tavern in Wooster for many years; enjoyed listening to music and especially Elvis Presley; mostly loved spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Raymond L. Jr. (Kelly) Barker and Lisa M. Barker all of Wooster and Robert E. Barker of Ashland, OH.; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Terrie Irene (William) Priest of Wooster and a good friend, Dave Manis of Wooster.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Irene Barker and a brother, Steven E. Long.
It was her wishes there be no services and a private interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
