Pearl was such a sweet soul. I work at her nursing home. Sometimes I would be passing her room and could hear her hollering "Hello? Hello?" so I would stop in and she would grab my hand, so I would sit for a few minutes because she just wanted to hold my hand. She also loved Cheerios and pretzels and was always trying to get me to eat some with her. Loved her and will sure miss her 💗

Thank you Summer for sharing this and taking time for our Mom. While she never wanted to be in a nursing home, I was so thrilled Linda found The Avenue. I traveled back there twice and found the staff so loving and kind and many spoke so fondly of Mom. Thanks again for all you did and all you do for the residents there!
