Obituary for Theo Shirey
Theo Shirey, age 54, of Wooster, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Ohio's Hospice LifeCare in Wooster after a period of declining health.
He was born on January 23, 1968 in Selma, Alabama to Paul Edward and Karola (Swartz) Shirey and has been a Wooster resident for most of his life.
Theo married Donna Marie Sark on December 7, 1989 in Wooster. She survives.
He had previously worked at CNC Manufacturing in Wooster as a Brake Operator for many years and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his father of Creston and wife, he is survived by his daughter's, Tonya (Jonathan) Blazer of Pataskala, Ohio and Jessica (Ryan) Lewis of Wooster; grandchildren, Lucas, Ava, Amaya and Landon and another another on the way, Emersyn; his sister, Heidi (Robert) Wise of Wooster, a brother, Paul (Bonnie) Shirey of Shreve and his faithful canine companion, "Tanner".
In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Cindy Yuhanick, Debbie Bowers and Carol Overfield.
It was his previous wish that there be no public services and a private interment will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
