To Jim's family, please accept my sincere sympathy and heartfelt condolences on the loss of Jim. I worked with Jim at Strongsville City Hall and I will always have fond memories of him. He was a wonderful man. Always willing to share a laugh and lend a helping hand. He will truly be missed. I feel fortunate to have known him and to have had him as a friend.
