A Parma native, Alan has worked in and around the funeral business since the 1980's. He graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2011 with a BS in Business Management, served his apprenticeship and obtained his funeral director licence, fulfilling a lifelong dream.

Kim Ramsier

Aftercare Coordinator

One of my passions in life is to come alongside and offer comfort to those who are experiencing the loss of a loved one. Through personal losses of my own, I have realized the importance of reaching out and helping those who are grieving. As an aftercare advisor, I serve our families as they face the difficult days, weeks, and months following their loved one’s passing.

My educational background includes a BA from Cedarville University and a MA from Akron University. As a lifelong resident of Wooster, I taught second graders at my alma mater, Triway Local Schools.

The outdoors provides for hobbies that include golfing, hunting, and romping through the woods.
